Break Refunds

Once a Group Break has been completed there are no refunds. Due to the nature of the product, once it is opened it cannot be returned to its original state (sealed) therefore refunds are not a possibility.

Please make sure to read all details of a break before purchasing.

Store Refunds

Graded cards are non-refundable. Product that is purchased in our store and requested to be opened by us is not refundable once opened.

Sealed product has a refund policy of 15 days. Payment providers have recently made changes to their refund policies. If you request a refund, you will be charged a restock fee of 5% of the order total as payment processor fees are non-refundable.


All orders will be shipped to the address used on the order. This is something we have to do in order to meet the requirements of payment processors. If you need to update your address please do so on your account, as well as while you are checking out via the store.

We ship orders a mininum of 3x per week. All product, including base cards will ship to you.
